Ride a Caboose

WP FRRS Logo What visit to a railroad museum would be complete without a train ride?  Come ride with the crews of today's "Western Pacific Railroad" on a leisurely journey around the museum grounds in a vintage caboose, just like the Brakemen and Conductors of years past when every freight train was completed with a good old fashioned CABOOSE!

Our trains run weekends from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Train rides are approximately 1 mile in length and take about 10 minutes.  Trains board from the passenger platform on track 3, next to the diesel shop.  Purchase train ride tickets and admission wrist bands in the museum store, inside the diesel shop.
