Museum is now open for the 2023 season.
2023 hours:

Thursdays & Fridays Noon - 4:00
Saturdays & Sundays 10:00 - 5:00
through October 1, 2023.
Plus, we will be open Memorial Day and Labor Day 10:00 - 5:00.

There are several special events at the museum in May:
May 13 - Operating Department Crew Training
May 14 - Motorcar Visit
May 18 - Museum closed to public and members for a private event
May 20 - Western Pacific Celebration – (WP 165 steam operation)
May 27, 28, 29 - Opening of regular operating season with weekend train rides

Additionally the Nevada California Oregon Railway is hosting an open house:
Saturday, May 6 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Employee Cottage, 519 N Main Street, Alturas, California.
