2023 Media Day Presentation

To expand the awareness of the Western Pacific Railroad Museum at Portola, we hosted a Media Day event at the museum on Thursday, May 18, 2023.

We invited a good sized list of media and political persons relevant to the area. About 20 people RSVPed, including representatives from Congressman Kiley's office, the City of Portola, State Assembly Dahle's office and several media outlets, as well as the Portola 192 developers.

This video is the presentation that Eugene Vicknair, the FRRS Secretary, gave to the group inside our California Zephyr diner, the Silver Plate.
