California Zephyr Dining Car "Silver Plate" (34 of 40)

THE most important part of the Silver Plate, and one of the most important parts of the train itself, the grill area.  The little tongs hanging above are butter tongs that scooped the butter and left them in a decorative design to add a nice touch to countless delicious meals served aboard the Silver Plate.
