2014 FRRS Election Nomination's are now closed. Please submit any nominations through the process below.

Three seats are available for 2014 presently being held by Charlie Spikes, Greg Elems and Kerry Cochrane.
Nominees must be in good standing at the time of nomination or will be rejected.
At the present time, the following candidates have been verified as valid candidates for the 2014 FRRS Election.

2014 Election Calendar
January 1, 2014 – *First day of nominations for the election of directors. Nominations can be submitted by voting members of the Corporation in writing to the Nomination and Election Committee or personally delivered to the Committee.
February 15, 2014 – Last day for nomination submission. *Extended deadline due to late mailing by mailing house
February 15, 2014 – Last day that each candidate may, at their option, provide to Committee any informational statement to be included in the election ballot.
March 1, 2014 – Last day that nominees may withdraw their names from nomination by written notice to the committee.
April 21, 2014 – The Ballots shall be sent out by the Committee on or before the 3rd Monday in April.
May 10, 2014 – The Board shall select members of the cooperation to serve as teller to count ballots.
May 28, 2014 – Ballots must be returned to the ballot return address by no later than 5 PM. No post marks will be accepted.
June 7, 2014 – The tellers shall report and certify the accuracy and proper procedure of the vote at the annual meeting of members of the corporation as provided for in the by-laws.

*New this year to Election Procedures: Any and all nominees and write-ins must be valid FRRS members in good standing. Non-Legitimate write-ins will disqualify the entire ballot. White ballots will not go to a vote of the membership.
